On February 27th, Tavern on Rush will be hosting an Italian five course dinner with exclusive wine pairings, featuring wines like Bramito Chardonnay, Villa Antinori Bianco and Tignanello presented by Executive Chef John Gatsos. The cost per person is $75 and reservations are required.

Paired with Bramito Chardonnay

Second Course

Beet Salad
Galaxy of greens, gorgonzola vinaigrette
Paired with Villa Antinori Bianco

Third Course

Open Faced Osso Bucco Ravioli
Paired with Villa Antinori Red

Fourth Course

Carved New York Strip
Polenta, shaved cheese, roasted cippolini sauce
Paired with Tignanello Red

Fifth Course

Panna Cotta
Dried figs, apples, apricots
Paired with Castello Della Sala Muffato
